Third-Party Costs / Reimbursable Expenses

Third-party expenses may include contractors, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, locksmiths, cleaners, landscapers, haulers, storage, materials, permits, parking, tolls, or other outside services. Vendors should bill the customer directly whenever practical. If ARE advances an authorized expense, the customer must reimburse the actual cost. ARE should not mark up third-party costs unless a separate administrative or coordination fee is expressly disclosed and agreed in writing.
